T-20 Automated Gel Casting System

T-20 Gel Casting System은 실험실에서 만드는 단백질 gel을 매우 손쉽고 간편하게 만들 수 있는 장치입니다.

0.75mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm glass plate에 맞게끔 프로그램 세팅이 되어있으며, 개별적으로 용량을 조절해서 gel을 만들 수도있습니다. 기본적으로 4~20% 내에서는 일반 고정조성형 SDS-PAGE뿐 아니라 gradient gel까지도 손쉽게 만들 수 있습니다.
