Product Description
This product uses thermal pressure technology, the film sealing is tight and without leakage. The sealer can effectively avoid samples’ loss and cross-contamination, it can seal PCR plates, 96-well deep well plates (2.2 mL and 1.6 mL). This product is simple to operate, which can achieve a fully automatic heat seal of transparent thermal sealing film and aluminum thermal sealing film.

Operation Steps

1. Connect the power, turn on the power switch, the screen gets light, the instrument is going on self-test;

2. After the self-test is passed, the screen will display the main interface, which is the heat sealing operation interface;

3. Install the rolling film and set the appropriate feeding length of film;

4. Click the Set button on the heat sealing interface to enter the heat sealing temperature parameters setting interface, can set the corresponding temperature and time parameters according to the sealing film requirements;

5. After setting the parameters, click the back button to return to the heat sealing operation interface;

6. Click the heating button in the heat sealing operation interface and wait for the heating block to heat up;

7. The corresponding adapter and plate are placed on the loading platform;

8. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, the screen displays that the temperature reached, then press the start button, and the instrument will automatically complete the sealing film work;

9. After the sealing, the plate will be automatically out from the instrument;

10. Take out the sealed PCR plate /96-well deep well plate.

Note: If the operation or sample is wrong, it is necessary to stop the operation and take out the PCR plate /96-well deep well plate, please click the Stop button, the instrument will be stopped directly.

Notes

1. Do not put other items at the front door of the instrument to avoid opening impact event.

2. During the work of the instrument, please do not open the front door of the instrument to avoid clipping.

3. If do not use the instrument for a long time, please turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.

4. Do not touch the heating block when is working or before cooling, avoiding scald of the high temperature.

5. If the instrument cannot work normally, please unplug the power plug immediately.

6. Do not pull the power cord, and pay attention to power safety.

FS-E30 Automatic Film Sealer adopts the rolling method to seal the film safely and firmly. It is not only simple to operate, but also solves the problems caused by traditional manual glue sealing, and can prevent the sample loss and space cross-infection caused by the volatilization and leakage of the PCR plate during the detection reaction process. Another role is to ensure the safe storage and transportation of samples in microplates.
Compared with the traditional hot-pressing method, this product adopts a mechanical rolling sealing film, which can effectively avoid the problems of sample inactivation and sample volatilization caused by high temperature, and improve the accuracy of the experiment.

OperationSteps

(1) Plug in the power cord and start the self-check of the film sealer. At this time, the indicator light is red; after the self-check is completed, the indicator light turns yellow, which is the standby state;

(2) Place the prepared sample in the PCR plate, tear off the sealing film and stick it on;

(3) Put the filmed PCR plate on the film sealing machine, pay attention to the alignment of the holes, and then touch the switch to start running, the status light is green and flashes, the machine is running normally, and the PCR plate enters the working compartment;

(4) It can be observed that the film sealer first performs a pre-rolling, and after the PCR plate partially exits the working chamber, it enters the second rolling and then completely exits the working chamber. At this time, the status light is yellow, indicating that the operation is over. ;

(5) Take out the sealed PCR plate

Note: The purpose of pre-rolling is to make the sealing film quickly fit and prevent edge warping and unevenness, resulting in poor sealing of the PCR plate.

If the operation or sample is wrong, you need to stop the operation and take out the PCR plate. Touch the switch to withdraw the PCR plate from the working chamber.

Warn! Remember not to directly handle the PCR plate during operation to prevent personal injury or sample loss.

OperationSteps

(01) Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, the screen will light up, and the instrument will perform a self-check;

(02) After passing the self-test, the screen displays the main interface, which is the mode selection interface;

(03) The corresponding mode can be selected according to the sealing film requirements: PS film (pressure-sensitive film mode), 0.1 mL Tube (0.1 mL 8 capping mode), Adhesive film (adhesive film mode), 0.2 mL Tube (0.2 mL 8 Joint gland mode) ;

(04) Select the mode, place the corresponding adapter, 96-well sealing adapter; 384-well sealing adapter and 8-strip tubes gland adapter;

(05)Set the icon in the upper right corner to enter the parameter setting interface to modify the rolling times and positions;

(06)Rolling times (1-99) and Rolling Pressure 1-3 are adjustable.

(07) Click Save to return to the operation interface;

(08) Pressure sensitive sealing film and adhesive sealing film: place the prepared sample in the PCR plate, tear off the sealing film and stick it, and then put the PCR plate with the film on the sealer. Note that the wells should be aligned and flat; 8-strip tubes grand: place the prepared sample in the 8-strip tubes, place the 8-strip tube on the film

(09) Press START, the instrument automatically enters the working chamber, and automatically seals/capping according to different working modes;

(10) At the end of the operation, the instrument automatically exits the warehouse, and the screen displays Finished;

(11) Take out the PCR plate with the membrane sealed/the 8 tubes with the cap pressed.

Note: If the operation or sample is wrong, you need to stop the operation and take out the PCR plate, click the stop operation button, and the instrument can directly exit the compartment door.

Warning ! Please do not directly touch the PCR plate during operation to avoid physical injury or sample loss.
