Antibody Stripping Buffer는 nitrocellulose (NC)나 polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membrane으로 부터 1차 항체와 2차 항체를 안전하고 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 시약입니다. 보통 chemiluminescent protein immunoblots 을 재검출하기 위해 사용됩니다.

Assay Protocol

1. TBST에 5분 간 한번 Wash

2. TBST 부어 내고 NC 또는 PVDF가 덮일 만큼 적절량의 Stripping buffer 첨가

3. RT에서 5~15분 간 천천히 shaking

3. Antibody Stripping Buffer제거하고 TBST로 5분간 3번 Wash

4. 이후 실험 진행 (blocking – washing – 항체 반응 등)
