Tissue Bead Homogenizer
KZ-III (SWE-C6) Tissue homogenizer는 일반적인 bead방식의 tissue homogenizer입니다. 고속의 수직 왕복운동을 통해 사전에 냉각된 샘플과 적절한 크기의 비드가 충돌하면서 샘플(조직)을 분쇄하여 DNA/RNA나 Protein 등을 추출합니다. Agricultural institute, biomedicine, food testing 등에 많이 활용되고 있습니다.
기존에 핸즈 호모게나어저는 한 번에 한 개의 시료만 분쇄할 수 있기 때문에 효율이 매우 낮고, 매번 세척 및 멸균을 해야하므로 불편하며 비효율적이었습니다.
GFK에는 3가지 방식의 bead homogenizer가 있으며, KZ-III는 그 중에서 가장 경제적인 모델입니다.

KZ-III는 Room temperature상에서 조직을 분쇄하는 방식의 경제적인 모델입니다.
- Wet grinding 뿐 만 아니라 Dry grinding도 가능
- 동시에 24개의 샘플이 가능하며, 로터 교체 시 60개 샘플까지 처리 가능
- 매우 다양한 샘플을 처리
- 뿌리, 줄기, 잎, 꽃, 과일 씨앗 및 다양한 식물 조직의 분쇄
- 뇌, 심장, 폐, 위, 간, 흉선, 신장, 장, 림프절, 근육, 뼈 및 기타 샘플을 포함한 다양한 동물 조직의 분쇄
- 세포 및 미생물 분쇄
- 식품 및 의약품 성분의 분석 및 검출을 위한 분쇄
- 시료 간 교차오염을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 밀폐형 일회용 튜브를 사용
- 프로그래밍화 하여 여러 번 실험에도 균일한 결과 획득 가능
- Adaptor를 액체질소는 -80℃에서 pre-cooling할 수 있음
