RNA 추출을 위해서는 단백질 추출에 비해 시간을 적절히 연장해야 합니다. grinding 과정에서 RNA 추출 버퍼를 추가하세요. 구체적인 grinding 시간은 grinding하는 조직의 양과 종류에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. homogenizing이 어려운 샘플은 2~3회 반복할 수 있으며, 실험에 따라 적절히 조정해야 합니다.
